This, along with La Ginger as part of the Liver Detox protocol, has been life changing. Truly! I’m allergic to most anti-inflammatories so I always had to tough out aches and pains in my ankles and knees. As a post menopausal runner, the pain was becoming chronic. You spoke and we listened. Electric Turmeric 2 replaced fermented turmeric with Sri Lankan turmeric for a much smoother, slightly earthy flavor. Paired with naturally sweet Ceylon cinnamon and a touch of pepper, this blend is perfectly balanced with or without a splash of your favorite nut milk.
Since Electric Turmeric 2 is caffeine free, it can be enjoyed at anytime of day! We especially love it in the evenings to decompress and relax.
Since turmeric naturally contains some calories (<5 kcal), we don't consider this tea to be fasting friendly.
We suggest mixing this tea with hot (but not boiling - up to 180°F is ideal) water and allow it to settle a few minutes before enjoying. We also especially love it as a Golden Milk Latte! You can find our recipe here.

La Ginger is considered fasting friendly and will not break your fast as it does not have any carbohydrates, proteins, or calories.
Rest assured this is completely normal and to be expected! Since our La Ginger contains real cinnamon which does not dissolve in water, there will always be some natural sediment at the bottom of your cup. To help with this, we recommend only using hot temperatures for your water and allowing your tea to settle a minute or so before consuming. Additionally, once you're done drinking your tea, we suggest discarding the remaining sediment.
