Once an order is placed, we're unfortunately unable to make changes or cancel as it is processed for immediate fulfillment. With that said, we're here to help however we can.
If you'd like to make changes to your recurring subscriptions, simply log in to your account here.

Orders typically ship within 1 business day. Most domestic deliveries arrive within 3–8 business days, while international orders usually take 10–21 business days.
Please refer to the email with the subject line “Your Full Order Has Shipped” for tracking information.
Once an order has been processed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes—but we’re always here to help if you have any concerns!

Returns
We accept returns within 90 days of your original purchase as long as at least 50% of the product remains. To get started, simply visit our Return Portal. We’ll provide a prepaid return label, and your refund will be issued once your order has been received and processed by our team.
