This is the best electrolytes on the market by far! It literally stopped my migraine from progressing into a full blown episode a couple days ago. I also absolutely love the evening calming because of the magnesium complex which I think helps me to relax and unwind.
My routine when I wake up is to start with either the energizing or the beauty electrolyte. I usually take the energizing and switch to the beauty during the day.
By the way, I am not sure if it is the BT fountain beauty electrolyte or the combination of all 3 in my routine but I have received compliments on my skin and I live where the climate is extremely dry! I will not stop my routine and I feel it is worth the price!

i have tried lots of electrolytes and was excited to try this one. i didn't find anything exceptional about this....not the taste, not the way it made me feel. I think some of it might be that the powder quantity is pretty small and I usually dilute my electrolytes pretty significantly so it just tasted blah.

I LOVE all of my other Pique products and so I was looking forward to this new addition. The description referenced cucumber lime, my two favorite flavors, but the taste is actually much more celery-forward. I tried it for several days, thinking I could acclimate to the flavor if it gave me the afternoon lift as described, but I didn't really feel that either. I found the ONLY Pique product so far that just wasn't for me, but that's okay! I absolutely love everything else and if you like the celery flavor, maybe this will be your new favorite.

It did help me fall asleep. But I still woke up around 130 -2am I also didn’t like how it smelled. Don’t think I will order again.
