The Pique teas have been very helpful as I embrace fasting for health. My target is to fast daily for 16-18 hours and the Earl Grey starts my day in a pleasing way while keeping my hunger at bay. The cinnamon tea is a lovely way to end the day and I alternate the green teas in the early afternoon. It is also enormously comforting to know the teas are “clean”. This tea is wonderful. My favorites are the ginger green tea and the cinnamon tea. My only complaint is that it is difficult to get the tea to completely dissolve, so it gets grainy as you get to the bottom of the cup. Maybe I’m doing something wrong, but I even tried mixing it in my frother.
