Matcha Blue Pea Flower Smoothie Bowl
For Blue Pea Flower Smoothie
- 2/3 cup unsweetened dairy-free yogurt
- 1/2 a medium ripe frozen banana (sliced)
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup unsweetened plant milk
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 tsp butterfly pea tea powder
For Green Smoothie
- 2/3 cup unsweetened dairy-free yogurt
- 1/2 a medium ripe frozen banana (sliced)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened plant milk
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 sachet Pique Sun Goddess Matcha
For Serving
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 kiwi (peeled and sliced)
- Fresh mint
- Combine ingredients for blue smoothie in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl or mug. Rinse blender and add ingredients for green smoothie. Blend until smooth.
- Pour green and blue smoothies into one bowl and top with desired toppings. Enjoy cold.
